Born in 1952 in Elizabeth, New Jersey, Claudia Aronow was raised in Coral Gables, Florida.
To nourish her artistic cravings, she chose to study at NYU’s Washington Square College in 1969.
Since then, Claudia has learned drawing, painting, photography, and book arts in various art schools.
But in 1998, she advertently decided to put all her focus towards her painting career. At first, her paintings featured representational themes, which eventually transitioned to non-objective themes in 2000.
In an interview with New York Social Diary, she said, “They’ve changed. They’ve morphed. For a while they became more like stones, you could probably say.” when asked about her artistic journey.
Furthermore, in the same interview, Claudia says she wants her sons, Adam and Alexei, to be proud of her.
Claudia’s artworks got the major limelight at Art Miami 2015, an international contemporary and modern art fair.
Besides that, she has her creative art at the MM Fine Art Gallery located in Southampton.
Adam Kimmel’s father, Martin Kimmel, 92, passed away in 2008
Unfortunately, Adam Kimmel lost his philanthropist father, Martin Kimmel, on April 15, 2008, due to congestive heart failure, as per the New York Times.
Martin Kimmel was born on April 9, 1916, in the Bronx to his father, Henry Kimmel.
He attended Syracuse University for formal education, but it was not for very long, as he left to serve in the army during World War II.
Once he came back from the war, Martin worked at his father’s company, and they eventually established a new company, Henry Kimmel & Sons.
While adding more knowledge about the construction company, Martin co-founded Kimco company in partnership with Milton Cooper.
In 1991, Martin Kimmel retired from the Kimco and dedicated his remaining life to philanthropy.
After his demise in 2008, his then-wife, Helen, donated $150 million in honor of her late husband.
